Customer's reviews
Taking the step to replace some of our windows was a big, nervous step but the team at Timber Windows Sheffield offered a friendly, professional service from start to finish. The showroom team guided us through the process and were happy to answer our many questions, encouraging us to revisit the showroom several times to discuss options. There was no hard sell and we felt assured that every detail had been covered to ensure we got the correct outcome, creating like-for-like replacement windows suitable for our property in a conservation area which respected the historic fabric. The installation team were fantastic, highly skilled, tidy, efficient and respectful to us and the property. We're delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend this team to anyone considering replacing windows.

We would thoroughly recommend Timber Windows of Sheffield. Our window replacement job was quite substantial (28 windows) and very complicated ( no two windows were the same, and there were a range of special shapes including arches and rounds). The company were impressively thorough with their survey - returning several times and templating the most complicated windows, which gave us confidence that they actually understood what was required and that the windows once delivered would fit and function as we needed. The team in the office were great, very friendly, really knew their stuff and kept us fully informed. The team on site were a great bunch, very professional and they worked tidily; considering they were working in every room in the house they kept disruption to a minimum. We love the finished results, a vast improvement on our old windows.

From start to finish, Timber Windows offered a really professional service. Bev took the time to find out exactly what we wanted and explain all the options. Paperwork and payment instructions were clear. Installation was done on time, with real attention to detail and cleaning up afterwards. Communication was always friendly, clear and professional. We had some mortar issues requiring return visits, ( south facing window in full sun) and Chris returned and tried two different remedies before he and we were satisfied, all at no further cost.
Our windows have attracted lots of admiring comments and I am always happy to recommend their excellent quality windows and customer care.
